Project Brief
A 15-year Energy Purchase Agreement with the National Company for Maize Products (NCMP), a subsidiary of Cairo 3A, for a BOT co-generation unit to supply NCMP with its entire 14 MW electricity demand and most of its thermal energy needs. The project, once operational, will be one of the most significant private-to-private energy efficiency projects in Egypt and will lead to a reduction of CO2 emissions of almost 17,600 tons/year.
