Project Brief
This project depends on energy recovery by processing the refuse-derived fuels (RDF), removing any organic contamination and inert materials, and then preparing it to the client’s specs to deliver the thermal energy required, replacing the typically used fossil fuel. Our RDF facility has a capacity of 150,000 tons per year, saves 36,000 tons of CO2 equivalent emissions per year, and has a diversion rate of 10% of all of Alexandria’s Governorate waste.
