The signing ceremony of our sustainable power and utilities arm (IPU) of a 15 year Energy Purchase Agreement with the National Company for Maize Products (NCMP), a subsidiary of Cairo 3A, for a BOT co-generation unit, to supply NCMP with its entire 14 MW electricity demand and most of its thermal energy needs. The project once operational will be one of the largest private-to-private energy efficiency projects in Egypt and will lead to a reduction of CO2 emissions of almost 17,600 tons/year.
